Property owners who don’t comply with new energy rules may face prison

About 12 years ago, when my wife and I decided to set out with a business of our own, we asked ourselves if buying property was a good idea. We observed the real estate market, checked our finances and we were half decided to buy. Then we took a step back and contemplated what the economy was likely going to do in the future. We still remembered 2008 and how the world preferred to patch over the problems by printing tons of money. Then it hit us. The world’s economic problems are not over. They are just going into overdrive and when governments need money urgently, they will hit those who can’t move easily hardest. We all are getting there.
