But if it hits the entire industry in the state it will only make prices rise and who needs reliable and affordable energy most? Yes, it’s the neediest. They cannot afford the super expensive renewable gadgets that won’t have to pay the tax. So, it’s a scheme to take from the poor and give to the rich once more.
