I remember I was a kid when the big shift towards diesel happened. Vehicle owners were promised that the more expensive vehicles would be worth it because diesel would always be a lot cheaper than gasoline. hen when diesel vehicle sales picked up enough, diesel fuel prices did too. The same was true for the electric heaters that were once promised to be fed by electricity too cheap to meter. How many average people can afford to lash out on 5 digit sum now?
