Restoring the Scientific Method and Saving Civilization

We cannot restore the scientific method. It’s dead in a coffin and buried deep. And this has been so for a long time already. How long have we seen what happens in China but we still wanted to believe the rosy figures given to us by their leaders? How long have we thrown KPIs to shareholders in an effort to muddy the true picture of the company? How long have we believed statistics that contradicted even basic common sense just because we wanted to believe them? This is not going to be easy. Clausner speaks up because he feels he can. But it won’t change anything. This system needs to crash and burn – no fixing possible.
