Reuters Fails Journalism Test — Again

I remember the Middle East Reuters scandal when reporters from the company were caught red-handed making up news that were bad for Israel but wholly fabricated. in the meantime, there were other occurrences of fake or distorted news. Social Media companies like to put banners on fake news generators. I guess anything coming from Reuters should be topped by banners saying that this company has repeatedly been caught fabricating news. What’s the odds for that to happen?
