Thats where we are moving – with today’s technology we can all go on a blockchain with a personal, virtual ration card. Wait, why not determining how much anyone gets depending on how well this person behaves. Criticizing the government will get you lower allocations. So does insisting on something that is rightfully due but that the almighty administration has messed up. Or speaking up unfavorably. Nothing educates people as well as some weeks in a freezing cold apartment in the dark. Happy times coming up. If you need hints on how to do that, ask China.
