Russia Seeking to Delay IMO2020 Until 2024
Delay or no delay, it’s not going to change the conundrum meaningfully. 4 years pass by so fast, you can barely take a breath. And then what? Because the old vessels will still be the old vessels and refineries still won’t produce enough of the stuff that’s needed. But maybe some politicians need o buy time hoping that in 4 years it might not be their problem anymore.
