Saudi Aramco launches largest shale gas development outside U.S.

Seawater for fracking? Maybe some developers of shale in Australia, South Africa and elsewhere might want to watch. The Saudis plonk down the cash to make it happen. If it works, this piece of knowledge will be in the world. If they fail, all others will know that there is no further need to look at this option anymore. Go Saudi.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
