Yeah, it’s getting interesting. I see multiple countries with executives and legislatures thinking hard about efficient measures against those terrorists. Because if those charged with keeping the public order – the police and the courts – are not being seen protecting the public from those crazies, then people will take things into their hands. Just imagine people starting to develop a liking for that. Doing what should be done by the state – does not augur well for the state. The crazies won’t cave in so it’s either they or the state has a real problem at its hands.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
