Scientists Just Pulled CO2 From Air And Turned It Into Coal
If this is really a prospect, then pulling CO2 from the air and using it to produce synthetic methane should be cheaper. Or wait, maybe we should leave CO2 in the air and capture it from gas turbines and gas engines. Better yield I would assume. The methane could then be used to fuel anything. That’s not as cheap as pulling methane from the earths crust but the fossil system provides a market the more advances schemes need to feed on. But this is only if we have a problem with CO2 – which I dont.
Scientists have discovered a breakthrough technology, a way to pull CO2 from the atmosphere and turn it back into coal. This new discovery has the potential to change the way we think about CO2.
