If something is truly successful or not does not depend on politicians. In fact, whenever politicians get into business everything gets worse, more expensive and often does not even work in the end. Government and business should have a regulator – regulated relationship. But the government should stay out of business decisions. But I understand Shell. Seeking rents guaranteed by the government confiscated money stolen from taxpayers is much more comfortable than competing in the open market.
