Siberian Spring: Russia-China energy relations poised for growth
I am always amazed by the amount of dread and wishful thinking people generate. This whole ghost of closer cooperation between China and Russia is as stupid as is the climate scare. Both are failing countries and two rotten apples together don’t make tasty apple pie. China’s economy is crumbling like the tofu Dreg buildings it has put all over the country and Russia is … well, Russia. And when Russia licks its wounds after the Ukraine disaster, they will need every single Kopek they can lay their hands on. Dreams don’t make you money. They tend to cost it.
