Solar Smashed: French Solar ‘Industry’ Furious At Plan to Slash Annual €2 Billion Subsidy Bill

I must sound like a broken record as I have said this many times in the past but the renewable industrial complex has sold us for years now that they produce the cheapest electricity by now. If that is so, what the hell do they need any subsidies for? They have massive grid advantages on top that are worth cash money and those are not being taken away anyhow. So, if they produce the cheapest electricity, they should be making money hand over fist without any subsidies and grid advantages. But when someone takes away part of their subsidies, they cry foul. Something stinks here.

Wind and solar generators keep claiming their wares are the cheapest of all, which means the subsidies should end, now. If they were genuine, that is. But, much like a sharp poker player with a…
