The fact that majorities in developed countries don’t seem to care one bit shows me how incredibly stupid and uncaring the masses are. You can tell them anything, no matter how idiotic, no matter how appallingly deranged, and you can smile in their faces, do the exact opposite of what you just said, and it’s just fine. All those hypocrites should be virtually tarred and feathered, should be spat on and those monsters should never even be close to anything that resembles political power. We are so screwed – not because they screw us. It’s because we screw ourselves.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
