Sub-Saharan Africa could green-light 74 mil mt/year LNG capacity by 2030: ACTING
Africa has often been called a gas province with a drop of oil on top. Shame that so much of it gets flared. So the potential is there, actually, there is way more gas than even referred to in this article but the chances to even see a fraction of the projects emerge for real is slim. Because this is Africa – plenty of local challenges and massive hubris. I would love for that to change and to see them getting better at this but I won’t hold my breath.
