Success of LNG For Road Transport in China

LNG has been an outstanding success in China so far. It does not only establish that LNG is a fleet fuel on par with anything being done with diesel. It also gives the world a suite of China-fabricated LNG truck models to play with and I do not doubt that the rest of the world will quickly develop a few new ones once they know there is money to be made. However, China is still the less likely place for such a development as LNG is imported and fairly expensive there. It’s much cheaper in the US which produces its LNG from domestic Natural Gas. There could be an LNG for trucks revolution coming out of the US.
