Supreme Court To Consider Limiting EPA’s Power To Regulate Climate-Changing Gases
I am most certainly no expert on US constitutional law but with my limited understanding, I gather that the US is the Federal Republic and that the power to create fundamentally important legislation shall be left to Congress while the executive branch shall move within those boundaries created by the law and provide detail of interpretation. That gives it only limited legislative authority and not the authority to enact stuff that Congress won’t pass by Executive Order. Time for SCOTUS to really earn those high salaries they are paid.
