What sick mind even dreams up experiments like this? And what even sicker mind throws money at something like this? No matter how long I twist my mind around it, I can’t possibly think of anything benign coming out of such trials. Oh, and anyone who is just half-convinced that his message rings halfway true would not need such tactics. Climate extremists must be really hard battered if they have to resort to North Korea tactics.
