I hear it from the roofs: “This was impossible to predict”. But it was not. Elon most certainly had predicted it, as he has already shifted to other industries. Sure, the downfall of Tesla will cost him and his sparkle will suffer a bit but he has other ventures, first of all SpaceX, to pick up the slack and one thing is certain to me. If his Starship becomes the success it is made out to be, he will have made back those double-digit billions he will lose with Tesla now in the blink of an eye. Besides, Tesla has run up quite a big pillow of IP that will come in handy when outer space industries take off. Tesla was a Ponzi and it will implode but the shit this Ponzi leaves behind will be fertilizer for the next boom.
