Texas Law Combats War on Oil and Gas
Texas has taken a hammering early this year. There were many theories on what was the reason for the massive blackouts but consumers (i.e. voters) understand quite well who and what to blame. And Texas lawmakers have come to understand that they won’t fare well at elections if they continue to ignore the needs of those very people they are supposed to represent. This is a watershed moment.
