Texas Upstream Job Count Shows Growth

The last couple of years have been an incredible see-saw for shale and each swing and back has made shale stronger and more resilient. This last swing should have killed it and now it comes back to be bigger than ever before. The real problem for conventional oil and gas is that they can’t match the innovative spirit. A bit like NASA cannot keep up with SpaceX’s pace of innovation. Oil & Gas are not only coming back – they build a new world.

TXOGA stated the Lone Star State added 1,600 upstream jobs from April to May.
