The Administrative State Moves to Show Who’s Boss on Energy Policy
So unelected bureaucrats give SCOTUS the finger – and everyone else by the way. Easy fix – when those same unelected bureaucrats overstep their mandate when they cause damage by doing what they are not supposed to do, those same bureaucrats must be held personally responsible. Let companies sue them if they suffer harm through their actions and if they are found in violation of the law, confiscate their personal property to the point of preparing the damage caused. Not fair? Don’t break the damn law.
