The contradictions of Green policies to limit CO2 emissions
Biomass – who is going to be fooled by this? We are razing ancient forests in the name of protecting nature. We transport wood from the South of Africa to Europe so some virtue signalers can feel green and fancy. Never mind that the fuel to transport those logs alone produces a lot of CO2. If CO2 is what we are afraid of, we must stop all building of windmills at once as they neve earn the CO2 spent to build them back. Same for EV batteries. This is hypocrisy to the extreme.
