The Federal Reserve is no longer markets’ best friend

The Federal Reserve has never really been the market’s best friend. It’s a money-making machine for politics. Thats its function in any country. We confound the market with financial markets – the big Casino. We need a return to real businesses. Real companies that make stuff and perform real services. A haircut is a service the world needs. Most of what Wall Street and the Federal Reserve give us not. Time to wake up.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
