Put some liquefiers there, load it on trucks and send them down to Mexico. They pay a buck for some LNG and free feedstock should help. But even better, flip the North American fuels market from diesel to LNG. Cleans the air even further, builds the technology base for exports and uses domestic waste resources leaving more oil for export.

America’s top shale field is becoming increasingly gassy as drilling slows down, undercutting profits for explorers at a time when investors are demanding better returns.
