The reality of powering electric-vehicles

Let me put one on top. We have all seen Electric Vehicle fires aplenty over the last few years. We have seen whole parking lots going up in flames and vehicles that refused to cease burning for days. We have seen them go up in flames with no visible prodding from the outside, after being parked for hours. Those fires are incalculably dangerous, toxic and you never know when the next one goes up. Now, take your average Electric Vehicle fire and multiply it by 40. Thats what you get with an electric truck. Do you want that anywhere near you? We need to think about banning those beasts from anything sensitive.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
