Every business school of repute has it. A course on entrepreneurialism. There they are, coddled by parents willing to drop six-figure tuition at their offspring hoping they might turn into the next big thing on the block. What they produce is glorified managers. Not entrepreneurs. And thats what we all confound. We see managers and we take them for something managers can never be. Because managers play with the skin of others, never their own. They will burn the world to ashes if their bonuses are not affected. And they will use any excuse in the book to get off the hook when their stupid decisions rock the boat. America produces more true entrepreneurs than any other country. Not in business schools though. In the school of reality.

I met Rudi about a year ago (2015) when I was working on LNG Procurement with Emirates LNG. I needed very specific knowledge on contracts, market mechanisms and pricing. I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
