They are still feeding a crocodile that will eat them – no matter what they throw at it. This monster will continue growing and it’s insatiable. The right thing for the gas industry would be to confront it heads on and support movements that try to bring some light into the murky world of climate change. this is not going to be easy as the ACC crowd has become extreme. It’s like the rioters in the streets of some US cities – try to appease them and their demands ill grow ever more extreme. Until people die . and worse. Or like Attlee who thought that he could appease Hitler – with the results we all know. Churchill understood that certain threats must be grabbed by the horns.
