Russians learn a hard lesson now that China learns with aircraft carriers. Those things are highly complex and cannot simply be copy-pasted. The current batch of liquefaction plant builders have earned their wings through tons of crap flying in their faces. And they are still nervous like a 16-year-old when he tries to open his first bra. Those things are complex and there are myriads of things that can go wrong. You need to get your scars. Did somebody tell them that scars wee open wounds once?
