Trump Forced by Oil War Into Unthinkable Push for Higher Prices

Trump should up the ante. Russia and SA want to see where this leads. Show them. Put a Border Adjustment Tax in place giving US drillers a lifeline, throw more oil on the market and starve them of their funds for oil. Do that for a year and see what happens. Do that for two years and see what happens. The BAT could be introduced as a replacement for Income tax which would be popular, it would increase oil output and lower international prices again.
