“Trust” the Process: IPCC AR6 WG1 Edition
Whenever massive amounts of money are at stake, there cannot be even a smidgen of trust. Human nature dictates that those on the receiving end will do whatever it takes to keep the floodgates open. Anything of that order that’s not ruthlessly transparent about its processes should be dismissed out of hand. And the IPCC is as far removed from the meaning of transparency as one can possibly get. It’s like drilling a small hole through one meter of concrete that points at a speck of a flickering screen that we can look through. Zero credibility.
