What a nail biter that is. Years ago I made a wager that NS2 won’t be operational by Jan 1st, 2020. For some time I actually began to think that I might lose this one. That was overdone it seems.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
