U.S. shale producers hit the brakes on 2019 spending
The Permian still looks like a bed of Roses compared to Central Montana (Bakken) where the price has fallen to below USD 5 bbl. From close to 60 in August. Those folks must be in hell. That said, lets see how long this low lasts. I believe that most shale producers have longer breath than some producing countries.
