U.S. Supreme Court overturns Chevron rule in blow to federal regulators

POTUS is the head of the executive branch. It is here to execute laws that were taken by the legislative and has only limited rule-making powers. But whatever the game between the executive and the legislative may be the final authority in interpreting the law must always be the judiciary. The US has a strict separation of powers and that 3 SCOTUS justices are OK with giving up the judiciary’s powers speaks volumes. But in the US, the rollback of the climate madness has started. It’s still a bit rough on the edges but it’s real. Europe does not even dream of that yet.
