How exactly does someone speak to shale? It’s not like in OPEC countries where there is one giant company that controls everything. This is a world of many small companies and trying to manage them is like trying to herd cats. Each has unique structures, pressure points, and objectives. There is no such thing as shale, there are only many producers. Good luck trying to get them to agree on anything. You thought OPEC is messy?
