Uncertainty hangs over Permian permits
Yes, uncertainty hangs over drilling on federal lands. But it does not hang over private lands and drilling there is going into a frenzy. People want to cash in on the bounty and this is what is going to keep the US petty insulated from the monster economic shock that rattles the planet. As North America is the only place with reasonably cheap energy and still the biggest market out there, investment dollars will flow into the country. Not only for energy projects. The only people holding back are those that wait to see Bidens back.
