Unleashing LNG: Trump’s Geopolitical Triumph Demands a New Realism

The massive gas overhang (courtesy of shale oil drilling) in the US creates more opportunities as people get ideas when there is so much cheap gas around. When flaring becomes impossible there is an even greater incentive. Thats when mid-scale and small-scale liquefaction comes into play. A big tank and a small liquefier give you a booster site. A truck loading bay gives you the ability to bring it anywhere. If I had a big transport business and a fleet of semis and diesel theft is an issue, I would look into converting them to LNG. Try stealing LNG.
