So thats supposed to come on top of what is paid in fuel tax and all the other taxes vehicles support I guess. Which means that overall taxation would be raised by a lot. Making everything more expensive – not only driving a vehicle. And who will be hit hardest by such a measure? Right, those who struggle to make ends meet anyhow.
