Vessels Struck in Red Sea Region

The Red Sea quickly becomes a no-go area for international shipping. This is a bigger problem for those who need the Red Sea for exporting their wares than for the importers. China’s way towards the juicy European market goes through the Red Sea. They have a base in Djibouti. Will they take action? But whoever, whatever – if the world wants to be doing something about it will have to send ground troops in and take the Houthis out. Bombing alone won’t do. This requires an army with the stomach for it. Egypt is suffering too. They have a very large army with experience in the region. And they need cash so maybe there is a deal.

Dryad Global highlighted that two vessels were recently hit in the Red Sea region - the M/V Tutor and the M/V Verbena.
