Virtue Signaling: What Is It and Why Is It So Dangerous?
I learned a hard lesson last year. A lesson that I should have learned decades ago and indeed I had learned many times but as a human, I tend to forget and let hope creep in. We tend to sit in our homes, look at the madness driving the world mad, and think that people would be accessible to reason if only they could. Well, most of them could if they wanted. It has nothing to do with education o wealth. I know wealthy university professors that are naive like a 2-year-old and poor farmhands with more plenty of common sense. Virtue signaling works because nobody wants to stick out for pointing it out for what it is.
