Sure Wall Street applaudes. What does Wall Street like? Making money – lots of it. And what do they like better than making money from ivestments? Making money on the backs of tax- and rate payers. You know, working the markets presents risk. You might provide stuff or services that consumers dont like. Bad day. But as soon as the government guarantees every single dime you put in socializing the risk they are safe from that. Needless to say that they wont try to be better as well.
