Want to Know Why Wind Power is Causing Blackout in Britain? (It’s called “the Weather”)
I tend to be rather well informed about lots of things but I must confess that before I joined the energy industry, I had no good grasp of the intermittent nature of wind and solar. I never had the problem so it was not relevant to me. This is the case for the vast majority of the population. They would understand it if they took the effort to think into the matter but as long as there is no reason, why take an effort? Until the very thing, they really want fails. Those blackouts have been long in the making. It will be a steep learning curve.
