Was the Felicity Ace Fire caused by Electric Vehicle Batteries?

A couple of months ago I was amazed to find out that in the city of Vienna it became nearly impossible to enter underground parking with an Electric Vehicle. Looks like folks here have caught up with the danger of their batteries going off in a blaze. Because even if the EV does not cause the fire in the first place (which it often does), it makes any fire a lot more dangerous. Those were some small cars. Just imagine a 40-ton Electric truck goes off close to someone or something important to you. Or you sit in an electric plane or bus.
