We need power to prescribe climate policy, IPCC scientists say

Climate dictatorship – will it happen? In a very few countries, it may. I assume no big important country will be among those few but what do I know? Germany might be one. But they will still be a very small number of oddballs with the vast majority of countries not going down that route. And the world has survived a small number of goofballs many times over. It will be horrible for those trapped in those countries but once it becomes clear where the journey goes moving to a more reasonable place becomes an option. Stay flexible, and be resilient at a personal level.
