Weekly data: there will be more LNG tankers than oil supertankers by 2028

Not one year has passed in the last 20 years where I was not told that LNG is an oddity and that it will go away and not one year has passed when LNG was not bigger and better the year after. This growth has been relentless and yes, it was not smooth and strewn in with plenty of bad calls but that’s what happens in growing markets. LNG is the clean energy source – clean enough for a 21st-century world and beyond and as soon as we have overcome the current bout of climate idiocy, we fall back on something that just makes sense.
