We’re Saved! New Zealand just Declared a Climate Emergency
Sadly, New Zealand is just an insignificant country at the edge of the world, so the “virtue-signaling-induced” ever-increasing plight of their relatively isolated population will go down relatively unnoticed. The world needs some failed economies, and those economies better are big and important, so their failure becomes stark and crass for everyone to see. But then again, how long would even a massive failed country hold up as an example? Communism has laid waste to half the planet and ruined the lives of billions, and people still dream of a perfect society.
