When Burning Cars in Paris Gets You a Tax Freeze
When I was in my teens, a man could feed his family and put some money down to buy a house with an average income. Try that today. Life has become so expensive that even those in the higher salary bracket struggle. This is a global phenomenon and it will cause more than some burning barricades in Paris. The world is in for a rough awakening. And this wont increase energy consumption. I will also kill any desire for solutions that are on the expensive side.
The Macron administration tried playing for time, then it tried talking tough, and now it is trying an olive branch.
