The Kool-Aid is strong in most people. That being said, most people I know have already figured out themselves that it’s getting colder for a number of years now and that this does not square well with the current climate narrative. Talking about it is still hard as they are unsure of their own perception. Going against conventional thought and speech is very hard for people as they are so very unsure of themselves and the consequences can be crippling. But terror is a weapon that blunts very easily.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
