It’s a but the question of what’s killing manufacturing in any developed country. And any full spectrum reply must be very complex by nature. Regulation, taxation, cost of the system, market access, you name it. his cannot be fixed by fixing all the ills at once. But we need a band-aid fix and we need it quick as our economies are suffering. When jobs go, the economic foundation crumbles and with it societal stability. A Border Adjustment Tax would be a potent tool. Many wont like, but if we don’t save jobs soon there ain’t much we need to discuss about.
