20%, 30%, 50% – I don’t care so much about the exact percentage than I care about the money issue. Is it worth it? Will the investment be earned back by fuel economies in a reasonable timespan? Because if not it just does not matter how efficient this thing is. It’s a white elephant then which makes some people good money and costs us all dearly. When steamships came up, the sailship was doomed. What has changed?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
